This Standard Cassette Transcriber from sony allows the removal of timestamps, for use with transcription of Police Interviews etc. This transcriber splits the stereo recording down and removes the channel which contains the audio timestamps, leaving a clean recording without interruption for the typist to work from.

Once finished, the time-stamped channel remains untampered and remains fixed to the original recording, as it was in the first instance. This machine has been approved for use with official police inquiries and is certified for Legal Transcription.
