The most impressive thing was that the software recognised almost every single word I spoke on day one, without any errors at all. I have since ‘trained’ the vocabulary fora few local terms and abbreviations, but no need of training for complex diagnoses -Dragon knows them all.
Now that I have adapted my working style to use this software seamlessly, I would say that Dragon Medical One saves me between 30 minutes to 1 hour every day
