The install process checks that your system meets the minimum requirements; if they are not met, Dragon NaturallySpeaking will not be installed.
- RAM: Minimum 2GB - 4GB for Windows 10, Minimum 2 GB for 32-bit Windows 7, 8 & 8.1; 4 GB for 64-bit Windows 7, 8 & 8.1 and Windows Server 2008 R2, Windows Server 2012
- CPU: Minimum 2.2 GHz Intel® dual core or equivalent AMD processor. Faster processors yield faster performance.
- Free hard disk space: 4 GB

"This email is composed entirely of me dictating to Dragon. I'm astonished at the accuracy of the dictation and this is even more so as I am just using the PC microphone. I have just composed a long letter to one of my best friends mixed in with myriad medical terminology. I think the potential of Dragon and the medical vocabulary add-on is tremendous. I'm certainly going to be demonstrating this to my GP friends and hopefully pointing them in your direction. It's nearly close to midnight; this reminds me of a Michael Jackson song! Hope to speak to you soon."

I’ve been using Dragon for years now. At some point you always wonder whether things can really improve any further, or should you just stick with your old version. I’m really happy that we bought the latest version of Dragon. The accuracy is better than our version 13, and it works well with my writing program.

If ever there be an award bestowed upon a group of people for designing and continually improving a software application until it reaches shouting distance to p-e-r-f-e-c-t-i-o-n, then Nuance, Dragon's creators ought to receive that award. The Dragon Professional V15 makes what the software is actually doing look simple. Nuance has had to complete, analyze, design, and implement an astonishing array of considerations and data in their research to make Dragon 15 look like a finger snap. All that research is hidden––as it should be––so I can concentrate on my work, not the software.
