Create dictations in DSSPro file format and take advantage of a higher level of file security. DigtaSoft Pro allows you to use 128/256-bit AES encryption for your dictations in real-time. The dual encryption rate fulfils the current requirements in security-sensitive sectors such as healthcare, finance and law. DigtaSoft Pro allows you to protect your dictations with a password so that only authorised personnel can decrypt them.

Interface for speech recognition

DigtaSoft Pro is equipped with an interface with DigtaSoft Voice and Dragon Speech Recognition programs (sold separately). Take advantage of using speech recognition for automatic transcription to boost your productivity and take the bulk of the workload away from transcription staff, allowing personnel more time to concentrate on other key tasks.

Convenient notification function accelerates document creation

Use the notification function (Digta Messaging) to allow the exchange of information between the author's dictation device and the typist via the DIgtaSoft Pro software. The author can remain informed about the status of their dictated work and even receive notes and queries from the transcriptionist directly to the device.
