The Olympus DS-2600 is the latest offering for entry level dictation from Olympus. This new device maintains the core principles of the previous the DS-2500 - offering users a basic software package alongside a high quality recording device. However, the new DS2600 now offers Slide Switch Control functionality. Slide Control operation allows users to dictate in a familiar analogue style using a single wear-free slide control. This feature has previously been exclusive to top-end dictation machines - now the all new Olympus DS2600 is the very first machine to offer users a top-end slide control functionality at an entry level cost.

Save Time: A Whole Range of Editing Options for Easy Text Creation There is more to creating texts by speaking than just recording. The DSS (Digital Speech Standard) allows for fast file editing (insert, overwrite, append, erase/cut).

High Quality, Low Noise Microphone The new Olympus DS-2600 incorporates a low noise omni directional microphone and a shock absorber to cover the microphone unit to minimise touch noises from your hands during operation.
