What is Access to Work?
Access to Work is a Government scheme to help people get or stay in work if they have a physical or mental health condition or disability.
What is provided through Access to Work?
Access to Work will conduct an assessment with you to determine what's needed to help you at work. This could be neurodiversity support for something like Dyslexia or ADHD, or it might be assistive technology for a physical disability, and more. You can apply for:
- funding to help pay for practical support with your work
- support with managing your mental health at work
- money to pay for communication support at job interviews
You must meet the eligibility criteria in order to apply.
How do I purchase your products with my funding?
If you're awarded a grant to purchase equipment through Access to Work, you may also have received a list of recommended equipment, depending on why you applied.
