With a new version of ODMS R7 released, comes new features to make your workflow easier and more efficient. In this article we will take a look into some of the key attributes that come with version 7.4.0.

Virtual Meeting Support

Needing to easily record audio from your last virtual meeting or conference call? With the new update, system audio can now be captured when authorized through ODMS 7.4.0. Supporting a wide variety of virtual meeting applications such as; Microsoft Teams, WebEx and zoom, improve your workflow to maximize the transcription speed without the extra hardware of a face to face meeting.

Office 365 Support

With Office 365 being an essential in any work environment, support has been added for all Microsoft Office 365 applications to maximize efficiency in your day to day work. 

Discontinued Support

Support has been removed for the both Office 2010 and Lotus Notes. Olympus have decided upon this as both of these pieces of software are out of date and therefore have decided to focus their team on updated and more articulate software. 

Cloud Software Support

Both Citrix and VMware are now supported on ODMS 7.4.0. These pieces of software are used to create cloud desktops for the shared use of your company to provide a safe and secure platform for all shared files in your company.
